CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms & Conditions of becoming a Student of Evolved Coaching
Conduct
Students of Evolved Coaching are expected to respect themselves, their fellow students and their trainers. We are committed to ensure that every student has the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment. We encourage the proactive participation in all learning activities even if it means that you are taken out of your comfort zone. Given the subject of our training and the sensitive nature of the information, we have a strict confidentiality policy. Any information, of a personal nature, shared by any participant of our training should be treated with care and be kept in confidence.
Any disruptive or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated and carries severe consequences. If, for whatever reason, at the sole discretion of the Evolved Coaching trainer, a student is found to demonstrate destructive behaviour and negatively impacts the experience of the other students he/she will be required to immediately hand back all training material, including all pre study materials, and leave the training. Any right or claim to a refund is forfeited at that point.
Certification
Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) certification is completely unregulated in South Africa. That means that there is no specific law or governmental body that regulates the industry or the training standards of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) or Life Coaching. In order to be certified you need to meet the certification standards of Evolved Coaching.
We have chosen to align ourselves and place ourselves under the accountability of the Coaching and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) as well as the Federation of NLP Coaching Professionals (FNLPCP). As a certified student of Evolved Coaching you qualify to apply independently to these self regulating bodies for membership. As a certified graduate of any of our life coaching courses you are eligible to become a member of our Continuous Education Program ECCEP.
Evolved Coaching will not hesitate to decertify any graduate that is found guilty of intentional misconduct or illegal behaviour. When decertified, you will lose all benefits, including your right to practice as a certified Evolved Coach.
Fees
All fees paid to Evolved Coaching carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means that if you decide that we are not delivering on our promise we will refund you in accordance with our refund policy, no questions asked. All our course fees are made up of tuition fees and course material costs. The refund policy is different for each set of fees.
Refund Policy for Course Material Costs
We will happily refund 100% of the Course Material Costs if all the materials are returned to us in good order within 14 days of the initial delivery to you. Thereafter the Course Material Fees become non refundable. All refunds will be made using the same method, as the original payment was made. Delivery costs including courier fees for the delivery of the pre study are recoverable and will be deducted from any refund. All returns need to be made the same way it was received.
Refund Policy for Tuition Fees
All Tuition Fees are 100% refundable at the end of the training. That means that you need to complete the training and inform us that you are not satisfied and would like a refund at the end of the training. No claims will be accepted after you have been certified. All Refunds will be made once all course materials have been handed back to Evolved Coaching.
If you do not arrive, or abscond from the training you will forfeit your right to a refund and a cancellation fee of 100% of your tuition fee will be levied.
In the event of a national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism or a natural disaster, we reschedule the training dates or the location of the training may be changed. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another course or used to purchase product.
